Enrollment Requirements:
Every student will need a
picture ID and Social Security Card.
*16 or 17 year old students will also need:

Age Waiver

Drop Slip from the last school attended

Students must also have a parent or guardian present at orientation.
Please note: We are a small team, and there may be times when we're off campus unexpectedly. If you don’t have an appointment or if your visit is time-sensitive, we recommend calling ahead to ensure someone is available to help.
